Audio-Visual Equipment – ​​Pcc L13 – Studies, Documentation, Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing, Commissioning Of A Video Wall System. As Part Of The Automation Of The L13 Metro, A New Pcc And A New Training Tool Must Be Created. In This Context, An Image Wall Must Be Created To Allow Operating Personnel To Check The Complete State Of The Line In Terms Of The Position Of The Trains, The Electrical State Of The Line And The Security Cameras In The New Operating Room And In The Training Tool. The Purpose Of The Contract Is The Studies, Documentation, Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of A Video Wall System Intended For The Pcc Of Line 13. The Contract Takes The Form Of A Framework Agreement With Single-Award Orders With Minimum And Maximum. The Services To Be Carried Out As Part Of The Contract Are Described In Detail In The Cctp Document Referenced Stf-Ese-20260311-Ybl-1331. The Services Included In The Minimum Amount Are As Follows: - The Services Corresponding To Phase 1 – Studies, Including In Particular: • Management • Studies • Procurement • Testing • Software Development • Documentation - The Services Corresponding To Phase 2 – Installation, Including In Particular: • Management • Installation Of Equipment • Reception And Testing • Documentation • Guarantee Between The Period Of Provision And Commissioning - The Services Corresponding To Phase 3 – Integration Of External Batches And Maintenance, Including In Particular: • Integrations With External Saet, Mav, Pégase Packages • Documentation • Training And Provision Of Supports - Services Corresponding To Phase 4 – Warranty And Post-Commissioning Technical Assistance, Including In Particular: • Post-Commissioning System Warranty • Technical Assistance Periods 1 And 2 The Services Included In The Maximum Amount Are As Follows: - The Services Of The Minimum Amount; - Display Surface Maintenance Tools - Post-Commissioning Warranty Extensions - Post-Commissioning Maintenance Contract L2 & L3 - The Spare Fleet • Services Based On Quotes Similar To The Subject Of The Contract Which Are Carried Out Within The Limit Of A 20% Variation Of The Minimum Contract Amount (Based On The Tjm Tab And Additional Services In The Price Schedule) Carried Out At The Request Of The Ratp And In Accordance With The Terms Of Article 11.1 Of The Market.
