Location Of The Facility - The Facility Is Located No More Than 2000 M From The Gdańsk Główny Pkp Railway Stop, Measuring The Shortest Walking Distance, Determined Using The Google Maps Tool. Planned Date Of Service Provision: September 21-24, 2026. Within 14 Days Of Signing The Contract, The Contractor Will Present The Ordering Party With Proposals For 3 Different Conference And Hotel Facilities. Other Tasks Of The Ordering Party: Food, In The Hotel Restaurant, Conference Room, Guide Service - Providing Two Professional Tourist Guides, Authorized To Guide Around Gdańsk For 61 Conference Participants, Conducting The Service In English. The Guides Will Pick Up The Participants From The Hotel Indicated By The Ordering Party At The Agreed Time, And Then They Will Take A Guided Tour Around The Main Town, Including: Such Attractions As: Długi Targ And Neptunes Fountain, St. Marys Basilica (Including Inside, If An Entrance Is Available), The Golden Gate And The Green Gate, Długa Street And Mariacka Street, The Crane And The Surroundings Of The Motława River (The Ordering Party Allows Modification Of The Route In Consultation With The Contractor). The Guides Will Then Take The Participants Of Both Groups To The European Solidarity Center (Ecs). Organization Of A Gala Dinner In An Outdoor Restaurant. Place Of Provision Of Catering Services - A Restaurant In Gdańsk With A Room For 61 People. The Restaurant Is Located Within The Main Town And Granary Island, But No Further Than 500 Meters From The Neptune Fountain. Visiting The European Solidarity Center. The Contractor Will Provide A Service Including Visiting The Core Exhibition Of The European Solidarity Center (Ecs), Including Entry Tickets To The Core Exhibition For All Participants (61 People). In Addition, It Will Provide A Minimum Of Two Certified Guides Who: Have The Authorizations Or Certificates Required To Guide Ecs, Will Guide Groups In English, And Have Appropriate Substantive Preparation.
