The Buildings Studied Are In A Normal State Of Wear That Corresponds To The Life Of The Building. Over Time, Routine Maintenance And Repairs Have Been Carried Out, With No Interventions Such As Capital Repairs Or Rehabilitation. The Level Of Comfort In The Building Is Reduced Due To The Non-Existent Thermal Protection, The Thermally Inefficient External Carpentry. Also, The Exterior Finishes Show Degraded Areas.
