Tenders are invited for Coach for Income Generation Activity at Household Level - Dairy Production. Deadline: Monday, 27. Apr 2026 Mada Association is seeking one coach for Income Generation Activities at Household Level in the field of Dairy Production under the SAFE Project Sustainable Agri-Food Economy for Refugee and Local Communities in Lebanon, funded by the Danish MoFA under the European Regional Development and Protection Program (RDPP III) implemented in partnership with WeWorld and LWRO. A key component of the activity is to improve the capacities of 100 vulnerable households in North and Akkar Governorates, enabling activation of Income Generating Activities (IGAs) across various sectors, including livestock management, agriculture, food processing and dairy production. This activity targets vulnerable households with support to IGA aiming at overcoming immediate shocks during the quest for more sustainable solutions including long-term employment. A holistic package of support will be provided, including in-kind grants and tailored coaching, to help these households develop viable IGAs, increase income that can foster self-reliance and resilience. Through close collaboration with each households focal point, the Coach will design and deliver personalized one-on-one coaching sessions that respond to the specific needs, challenges, and market context of each beneficiary while building on their existing capacities and experience. Each household will receive three (3) coaching sessions. Job Summary The Dairy Production Coach will play a key role in providing specialized technical and business development coaching to beneficiaries engaged in dairy production IGAs. The aim is to ensure the IGA has potential and is competitive through strengthening beneficiaries technical capacities, improve product quality, enhance profitability, and ensure long-term sustainability. The Coach will work directly with household focal points to jointly develop spending plans, improve financial management, marketing, pricing skills, and provide hands-on technical guidance on dairy production processes and standards. The sessions will be tailored to each households needs and context, ensuring that activities are viable, competitive, and aligned with local market demand. The program will include 57 one-on-one sessions for 19 households, each lasting approximately 2 to 3 hours, conducted in the households locations across Akkar, Tripoli, and Miniyeh-Danniyeh. The coach is responsible for implementing 3 sessions per household located at: Akkar (Mohamara, Bebnine, Ain Dahab, Berqayel, Borj Arab, El Hissa, Fneideq, Jeidet Qaytaa, and Tal Hayat) and Minnieh-Dannieh (Sfire, Btermaz and Bahnine).
