Tenders are invited for Development of a Preliminary Management Plan for the Damour Estuary Marine Protected Area (MPA) IndyACT is inviting proposals from qualified consultants or consulting teams to develop a preliminary management plan for the Damour Estuary Marine Protected Area (MPA) in Lebanon. The consultancy will adopt a participatory and ecosystem-based approach, combining scientific assessment with stakeholder engagement. The assignment will be implemented over three phases: (1) planning and inception, (2) socioeconomic assessment and stakeholder consultations, and (3) formulation of the management plan.
