Technical queries will be addressed during this session. Submission Deadline: All bids must be submitted no later than May 1, 2026, at 4:00 PM local time. Late submission will be rejected. Bid Opening: Bids will be opened publicly on the same day (May 1, 2026) at 10:00 AM in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend. 3. Eligibility Requirements: To be considered, bidders must provide the following documentation: Valid Business Registration Certificates and licenses, Valid Tax Compliance Certificate, Proven experience in solar installations Manufacturers Authorization for key components (Panels, Inverters, lithium Batteries and others) 4.
