Magnetic Tape Storage Units – Framework Agreement Magnetic Tape Cassettes. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded With All Economic Operators Who Are Able To Offer And Deliver All Types Of Magnetic Tape Cassettes And Cleaning Cassettes Named Or Listed In This List Of Services. The Economic Operators Confirm This With An Application To Participate. For Each Call From The Framework Agreement, The Client Will Call For A Mini-Competition Among The Contractual Partners. The Call/Order Will Be Made In Lots Per Delivery Service/Item. Examples: If Only 1 Delivery Service/Item Is Requested, All Contractual Partners Are Asked To Submit A Price For A Lot Number. If 2 Delivery Services/Items Are Called Up, The Contractual Partners Will Each Be Asked To Submit A Price For Two Lot Numbers. This Continues Accordingly As The Number Of Items Requested/To Be Retrieved Increases. The Evaluation In The Mini-Competition Is Based 100% On The Price Per Ticket. Each Call Is Based On A Corresponding Evb It Purchase Contract. This Means That If 3 Delivery Services/Items Are Requested, Up To 3 Different Contractual Partners Can Receive An Order. All Deliveries Under This Framework Agreement Must Be Made Free Of Charge Within A Maximum Of 10 Working Days Of Receipt Of The Order. The Contractor Undertakes To Notify The Client Of The Delivery At Least One Working Day In Advance By Email Or Telephone.
