Technical Specifications With A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of Procurement Are Determined By The Description Of The Subject Of Procurement And The Corresponding Cost Schedule. Bidders Are Obliged To Study In Detail The Tender Documents And The Cost List Attached To This Procurement Documentation And Familiarize Themselves With All The Requirements From Them, And Accordingly Prepare And Submit Their Offer. All Deliveries Within The Scope Of Procurement Must Include Only New And Unused Goods/Articles, The Quality Of Which Is Harmonized With The Applicable Regulations And Standards Of The Competent Authorities, That Is, With The Standard Prescribed By The European Union. The Delivered Products Must Fully Correspond To The Offered Products Specified In The Price List And In The Technical Documentation From Point 2. Content And Manufacturing Method (Part Of The Instructions For Bidders). Only Exceptionally, In Justified, Unforeseen Cases, Based On The Prior Consent Of The Client, The Selected Tenderer May Deliver Replacement Goods/Items That Must Be Of Equal Or Better Quality Than Those Requested In The Price List. All Costs Of Maintenance, Servicing And Spare Parts Are Borne By The Selected Bidder For The Duration Of The Framework Agreement, I.E. The Individual Contract, And In Case Of Impossibility Of Repair, It Is Obliged To Provide The Client With A Replacement Device. In Relation To The 3D Printer, The Selected Tenderer Is Obliged To Conduct Training For The Use Of The 3D Printer At The Clients Location. The Client Has The Right To Request That The Training Be Repeated Up To Three Times A Year. The Selected Tenderer Must Organize Training Within Seven Days Of Receiving The Clients Request.
