Electricity, Heating, Solar And Nuclear Energy - Comprehensive Supply (Including Delivery And Provision Of Distribution Services) Of Electricity Along With The Provision Of Collection And Settlement Of Electricity Introduced Into The Dso Network From Micro-Installations, In Accordance With The Act Of April 10, 1997 Energy Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 43) Together With Implementing Acts, Within A Period Of 36 Months For The Following 13 Facilities Kwp In Wrocław. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Supply (Including The Supply And Provision Of Distribution Services) Of Electricity Along With The Provision Of Collection And Settlement Of Electricity Introduced Into The Dso Network From Micro-Installations, In Accordance With The Act Of April 10, 1997 Energy Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 43) Together With Implementing Acts, Within A Period Of 36 Months For The Following 13 Facilities Provincial Police Headquarters In Wrocław: Kmp Jelenia Góra, Kp Prochowice, Kp Stare Miasto, Cbzc, Kp Bogatynia, Pp Marcinowice, Pp Domaniów, Pp Męcinka, Pp Żórawina, Pp Grębocice, Pp Krośnice, Pp Janowice Wlk. And Pp Podgórzyn. 2. The Total Expected Estimated Electricity Demand For 13 Ppes Is A Total Of 2,936,500.00 Kwh Over A 36-Month Period (A Total Of 978,833.33 Kwh Over A 12-Month Period). Consumption Was Estimated Based On Invoices Received So Far For Ppe Marked With Numbers 1-9 From The Last 12 Months; For Ppe Marked With Number 10 From The Last 10 Months (Because Such Data Are Available Due To The Commencement Of Full Operation Of Cbzc), And For Ppe Marked With Numbers 11-13 Based On Calculations Made By Inspectors Responsible For A Given Facility (Due To The Fact That Until Now, Construction And Renovation Works Were Ongoing In The Facilities And Consumption Was Not Adequate To The Actual Needs Of The Facilities). 3. The Projected Electricity Consumption Indicated Above Is Indicative And May Differ From The Actual Amount Of Energy Consumed During The Contract Period. The Amount Of Electricity Was Estimated Based On Historical Data On Electricity Consumption. The Contractor Should Take Into Account Possible Fluctuations In Electricity Consumption. Reducing Or Increasing The Amount Of Electricity Does Not Result In Any Consequences For The Ordering Party, Apart From The Need To Pay For The Actually Consumed Amount Of Energy And Transmission Services In Accordance With The Applicable Dso Tariff. The Indicated Estimated Amount Of Energy Is The Amount That The Ordering Party Intends To Purchase, Not Including Energy Produced On Its Own. 4. Settlement Of Electricity Generated By The Ordering Party In The Micro-Installation Will Take Place On A Prosumer Basis, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Law And The Regulation Of The President Of The Energy Regulatory Office In This Respect. 5. The Order Was Not Divided Into Parts. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. Comprehensive Supply And Provision Of Electricity Distribution Services, Together With The Collection And Settlement Of Electricity Introduced Into The Dsos Network From Micro-Installations, Includes An Assortment Of The Same Purpose. It Is Possible To Obtain An Order From One Contractor, Which Will Not Generate Additional Organizational Costs Resulting From The Need To Ensure Coordination Of The Activities Of Various Contractors And Their Responsibility For The Implementation Of Individual Parts Of The Order. 6. The Order Includes A Total Of 13 Ppe. The Contractor Must Submit An Offer Covering All 1
