The Framework Agreement (Km) Is Aimed At The Performance Of The Training, Education, Exam Organization And Examination Tasks Defined Above, According To The Conditions Defined In The Framework Agreement And The Direct Order For The Specific Task(S). Based On The Framework Agreement, The Total Value Drawn On The Basis Of Direct Orders Sent During Its Term May Not Exceed The Framework Amount.
