Refuse And Waste Related Services – Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From The Nowa Brzeźnica Commune. 3.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From The Area Of The Nowa Brzeźnica Commune Within A Period Of 42 Months From The Conclusion Of The Contract, No Earlier Than From July 1, 2026. 3.2 Scope Of The Order: 1) Collection And Management Of Any Amount Of Municipal Waste From The Area Of The Nowa Brzeźnica Commune Originating From Inhabited Properties, Used For Recreational And Leisure Purposes, Unresidential Properties, Excluding Owners Real Estate Where Cemeteries Are Located And Where Camping And Camping Centers Are Run, As Well As From Publicly Accessible Points, With The Reservation That The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect Larger Amounts Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Real Estate Inhabited And Used For Recreational And Leisure Purposes Collected In Containers Or Bags With The Contractors Logo After Prior Notification To The Contractor By The Ordering Partys Services About Places Where Such A Situation May Occur, 2) Equipment For The Duration Of The Order Of All Real Estate In Question And Designated Points Publicly Accessible Areas Intended For Collecting Waste From Properties With Summer Houses And Other Properties Used For Recreational And Leisure Purposes Into Waste Containers/Bags For Selective Waste Collection And Maintaining These Containers In Such A Technical, Orderly And Sanitary Condition That Their Use Does Not Pose A Threat To The Health Of Users And The Aesthetics Of The Surroundings, 3) Equipping Pharmacies And Public Utility Facilities With Containers For Expired Medicines, Batteries And Accumulators, And Collecting Them And Management Of This Waste, 4) Collection And Management Of Each Amount Of Municipal Waste From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok), 5) Equipping Pszok With Municipal Waste Containers For The Duration Of The Contract, 6) Organizing During The Duration Of The Contract Four Mobile Collections Of Large-Size Waste, Including Tires (Bicycles, Mopeds, Strollers, Motorcycles And Vehicles With A Permissible Total Weight Up To 3.5 Tons That Are Not Used To Conduct Business Activities), Waste Electrical And Electronic Equipment From Households And Their Management. 3.3 The Detailed Subject Of The Order Is Described In Part Iii Of The Swz.
