Frederikshavn Forsyning A/S, Hjørring Vandselskab A/S, Rebild Vand & Spildevand A/S, Vestforsyning Erhverv A/S And Jammerbugt Forsyning A/S Offer A Framework Agreement Regarding The Supply Of Well Material. In What Follows, They Are Referred To Collectively As The Client. The Ordering Party Is Not Obliged To Accept The Framework Agreement. An Expected Consumption Of 12 Months Is Inserted In The Offer List. This Is Not Binding On The Client And It Is To Be Expected That The Number May Vary Depending On The Extent Of Building Maturation, Renovations, Tv Inspections And Wearing Course Work. A Framework Agreement Is Entered Into With One Supplier. Framework Agreements Between The Supplier And The Covered Contracting Parties Are Entered Into Separately, But The Framework Agreements Are Interconnected And Are Hereinafter Referred To As The Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement Enters Into Force On 1 September 2026 And Runs Until 31 August 2028. In Addition, The Contracting Authority Has The Option Of Extending The Framework Agreement On The Same Terms For 2X1 Years. The Estimated Value For The Framework Agreement During The Contract Period Incl. Options Are Expected To Amount To Dkk 22 Million Excl. Vat The Maximum Value For The Framework Agreement Is Calculated At Dkk 33 Million, Excl. Vat During The Contract Period Incl. Options.
