The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Implementation Of The Investment Task Titled: Construction Of The Ec-Koszyce Ii Cogeneration Source In Piła. 2. The Project Referred To Above Includes Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Combined Heat And Power Plant Using High-Efficiency Cogeneration Technology Based On Gas Piston Engines With Heat Recovery, Together With The Necessary Infrastructure With A Total Thermal Power Of 5.2 Mwt And A Total Electrical Power Of 5.25 Mwe, And The Construction Of A Gas Water Boiler With A Thermal Power Of 5 Mwt, In The Design And Build Formula, Together With The Works. Accompanying And Other Costs Resulting From The Design And Implementation Procedure, Arrangements, Conflicts, Etc., Including The Implementation Of: 2.1. Complete Design Documentation In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program And Obtaining All Necessary Arrangements And Permits; 2.2. Construction Works In Accordance With The Design And Principles Of Technical Knowledge; 2.3. As-Built Documentation. 3. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Investment Covered By The Subject Of The Order: 3.1. Prepare Technical Documentation, Which Should Include: A) Construction, Technical And Executive Design; B) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works; (C) Quality Assurance Program; D) Schedule Of Construction Works. 3.2. Obtain All Legally Required Arrangements, Opinions, Derogations, Permits And Documentation Approvals And Obtain A Building Permit (If Required). 4. Both The Generators And The Boiler Will Constitute A Separate Generation Source, Therefore It Will Be Necessary To Build Individual Network Infrastructure Enabling The Transfer Of Heat Energy To The Municipal Network At The Ec-Koszyce Heating Plant Owned By Mec Piła Sp. Z O. O. The Heat And Power Plant Will Operate With A Cogeneration System Powered By Gz-50 Natural Gas, Mainly During The Heating Season. 5. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks. 6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program And In The Technical Documents - Construction Design Along With The Building Permit Decision And Connection Conditions, Which Constitute An Integral Part Of The Specification - Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 7. The Functional And Utility Program Is A Guideline For Preparing Design Documentation, Determining The Planned Costs Of Works And Carrying Out Construction Works.
