Fuels – Ebkt Selection Provider Fuel Light Aviation. Framework Agreement For The Supply Of Aviation Fuel Light Aviation (Avgas 100Ll And Avgas Ul91, Avgas Ul94 Or Another Sustainable Aviation Grade Alternative, Jet A1 Is Excluded). The Framework Agreement For Supplies Commences On January 1, 2027 And Runs Until May 31, 2039. Before The Contracting Authority Will Place Orders For The Supply Of Aviation Fuel, The Contractor Will Have To Install The Infrastructure For The Storage And Distribution Of The Fuel. The Contractor Will Prepare The Required Environmental Permit Application And All Necessary Documents For This Purpose. The Contracting Authority Will Check The Prepared Documents And Have Them Adjusted Where Necessary By The Contractor, And Will Then Submit The Permit Application. The Works Must Be Completed Before January 1, 2027, So That The Installation Can Be Put Into Use On January 1, 2027. The Contracting Authority Will Not Separately Compensate The Contractor For Installing The Necessary Infrastructure; The Quotation Price Will Consist Exclusively Of The Price For The Aviation Fuel, In Which A Margin Is Provided To Recoup The Investment In The Installation Over The Term Of The Order.
