Boligforeningen Århus Omegn (Ordering Party) Wants To Continuously Acquire Kitchens For Its Public Housing Via The Collective Right Of Ownership. The Collective Right Of Ownership Means In Practice That The Ordering Party Finances The Acquisition, While The Tenant Pays For The Improvement Via The Rent. In Addition To The Collective Right Of Ownership, There Will Also Be Cases Where The Acquisition Of Kitchens Is Desired, E.G. In The Case Of End-Of-Life Kitchens Etc. The Client Estimates That Approx. 60 Kitchens Distributed Among The Individual Departments. The Estimate Is The Ordering Partys Estimate, And Based On Expected Volumes. The Volume Is Purely Indicative, Which Is Why It Cannot Be Taken As An Expression Of A Guaranteed Future Turnover. The Customers Maximum Volume Will Be 100 Kitchens Per Year. The Framework Agreement Has A Duration Of 2 Years From The Signature Of The Framework Agreement. The Ordering Party Then Has The Option To Extend The Framework Agreement Twice By 12 Months With A Notice Of 3 Months Before The End Of The Original Framework Agreement Period. The Ordering Party Assigns The Framework Agreement To Two (2) Suppliers Who, During The Framework Agreement Period, Will Be Awarded Concrete Orders In The Form Of Delivery Of Kitchens. The Ordering Party Has Chosen Not To Offer Separate Partial Contracts. The Ordering Party Has Estimated, Based On Economic Conditions, That More Favorable Prices Can Be Achieved With A Combined Agreement. In View Of The Quality And Consistency Of The Overall Tendered Task, It Is Considered Appropriate To Have One Overall Framework Agreement, Just As A Division, Based On Market Conditions, Is Not Considered To Give Additional Companies - Including Smes - The Opportunity To Submit Offers.
