The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Cover The Needs Of The City Of Trollhättan And The Municipality Of Vänersborg For External Meeting Rooms And Conferences When Premises Under Own Management Cannot Be Used. In Order To Cover As Many Needs As Possible For The Client, Framework Agreements Are Signed With Several Suppliers. Meeting Rooms And Conferences Must Be Able To Be Booked Both When The Customer Wants To Stay Within Their Immediate Area, Or Has A Desire To Travel A Little Further To Change The Environment.
