Location: Kigali Deadline: Tuesday, 21/04/2026 10:00 Bid Security RWF 2,000,000 Cost of Tender Document 10,000 Rwf Rwanda Interlink Transport Company (RITCO) Ltd is a public-private partnership transport company that was established to improve public transport services in Rwanda and in the region in order to bring out of isolation citizens living in rural areas facilitating their access to development activities at affordable prices. 1.Tender Documents in English may be obtained from RITCOs procurement office upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand (10,000) Rwandan francs paid to the account N0: 00045077144403 in Bank of Kigali under Ritco Ltd Allowances. 2.Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day from RITCO Offices during working hours from 8:00am -17:00hrs in the office of procurement. 3. Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to RITCO HEADQUARTERS in the office of Chief Executive Officer not later than seven (7) days before the fixed date for the submission of bids. 4.Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in 4 copies one of which is the original must reach the office of procurement at the address mentioned above Not later than 21/04/2026at10:00 AM. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened. 5.All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security as shown in the table aboveissued by a bank or reputable insurance company in Rwanda and shall be attached on bids submitted. 6.
