The Subject Of This Tender Is A Contract For The Provision Of Business Services At The Following Nrw.Bank Location: Friedrichstraße 1, 48145 Münster. The Business Services At The Nrw.Bank Location In Münster Include The Operation And Management Of The Company Restaurant And The Tresor Bistro, Including The Purchase And Provision Of All Required Food And Drinks, The Supply Of The Tea Kitchens, Including Stocking The Fully Automatic Coffee Machines, Replenishing The Water Supplies And Disposal Of Empties, Catering For Board Members And Guests As Well As The Provision Of Cleaning And Dishwashing Services In The Designated Areas, Each Supplemented By Additional Services That Can Be Called Up As Needed (Hereinafter Referred To As Economic Services). Bidders Should Note That If The Contract Is Awarded, Some Of The Employees Entrusted With The Fulfillment Of Tasks By The Previous Contractor Will Be Transferred To The Future Contractor In Accordance With A Fictitious Transfer Of Operations Under Labor Law In Accordance With Section 613A Of The German Civil Code (Bgb) And Will Continue To Be Employed At The Nrw.Bank Location In Münster While Maintaining Their Previous Activities Within The Framework Of The Provision Of Economic Services. The Expected Order Volume For Additional Services That Can Be Called Up As Needed Is As Follows: Occasion-Related Services: - Service Management: 100 Person-Hours - Service Worker: 1,730 Person-Hours - Dishwashing Force: 360 Person-Hours Occasion-Related Cleaning Services - Cleaning Staff: 1,520 Person-Hours With Regard To The Additional Services That Can Be Called Up Depending On Your Needs, The Binding Maximum Purchase Limit Is Eur 82,760 Gross For Event-Related Services And Eur 35,000 Gross For Event-Related Cleaning Services, Each Based On The Entire Term Of The Contract Including All Planned Extension Options. There Is Therefore No Minimum Purchase Obligation On The Part Of Nrw.Bank. The Contract Comes Into Force On May 1, 2027 And Has A Basic Term Until April 30, 2031. It Is Extended On A Recurring Basis For Another Year Unless It Is Terminated In Writing By Nrw.Bank Six Months Before The Respective Expiry, But At Most Until April 30, 2035. After The Maximum Term Has Expired, The Contract Ends Without The Need For Termination.
