The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Development Of A Document Entitled Development Of The Municipal Adaptation Plan To Climate Change For The City Of Kraśnik Together With Carrying Out The Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment Procedure In The Scope Indicated By The Relevant Authorities, With The Participation Of The Public As Part Of The Consultation And Participatory Process And Participation In Activities Related To Its Adoption And Implementation.2. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Consistent With The Current Guidelines Resulting From The Adaptation Manual For Cities, Developed By The Ministry Of The Environment, With Currently Applicable Legal Provisions And With Current Eu, National And Local Planning And Strategic Documents.3. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Developed In The Following Stages: 1) Stage 1: Diagnosis, Climate Analyzes And Social Consultations, 2) Stage 2: Development Of The Kraśnik Mpa, 3) Stage 3: Adoption Of The Kraśnik Mpa By The Kraśnik City Council. 4. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Perform All Services, Works, Etc. Without Which The Order Cannot Be Performed, Including All Additional Costs Related To The Proper Performance Of The Order, And Without Which The Order Cannot Be Performed, Including: All Preparatory Work, Familiarization With All Necessary Regulations And Documents Specified In The Urban Adaptation Manual, Obtaining All Necessary Data From Relevant Institutions And Available Databases And Other Activities Necessary For The Comprehensive Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order.5.
