The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Select A Contractor For The Modernization Of Two Lecture Halls Of The Faculty Of Pharmacy Of The Jagiellonian University - Collegium Medicum In The Building At Ul. Medyczna 9 In Kraków.1.1 Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Proceedings In Question If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Were Not Awarded To It.1.2 The Subject Of The Order Was Described In Detail In Annex A To The Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Technical Documentation, I.E. Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb) And Bills Of Quantities, Which Are An Integral Part Of The Swz.1.3 The Ordering Party Emphasizes That The Attached Bills Of Quantities Are Only Indicative And Auxiliary, And The Basis For Preparing The Offer And Its Valuation Is The Technical Documentation And Stwiorb - Y. 1.4 The Contractor Must Offer The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Requirements Specified In The Swz.
