The Rooms In The Building Will Include, In Addition To 36 Residential Premises, Utility Rooms, Technical Rooms, A Gas Boiler Room And A Horizontal And Vertical Circulation System. Detailed Room Layout In The Graphic Part Of The Project. The Designed Single-Story Building Will Be Used As A Separate, Closed Place For Collecting Municipal Waste. Parking Spaces For Bicycles Are Provided Under An Additional Roof. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Following Works: 1. External Gas Installation The Detailed Scope And Method Of Performing The Works Was Determined Using: 1) Swz, 2) Contract Provisions - Contract Template, 3) Design Documentation, 4) Bill Of Quantities, Accessibility Of The Facility For Disabled People The Facility Will Be Accessible To Disabled People Thanks To, Among Others: • Accessibility Of The Facility For Disabled People From The Ground Level, • Installation Of A Passenger Lift Adapted To Transport Disabled People, • Design Of Places Parking Spaces For Disabled Peoples Cars. The Colors And Type Of Ordered Finishing Materials Should Be Agreed On An Ongoing Basis With The Ordering Party. Any Doubts Arising During The Implementation Of The Task Should Be Resolved With The Ordering Party Before Their Implementation. The Contractor Will Be The Producer Of Waste Resulting From The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order And The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Comply With The Provisions Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste. The Task Is Being Carried Out With Financial Support From The Subsidies Fund On The Basis Of An Agreement
