The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Construction Of A Backup Power Supply Installation And A Fire Protection Switch For Two Buildings Of The Municipal Office In Bytów. The Scope Of Works Includes: Construction Of External Cable Routes For The Transmission Of Electricity And Control Signals Necessary To Start The Power Generator, Along With The Performance Of The Necessary Earthworks. The Scope Of Earthworks Includes The Execution Of Open Excavations, Local Demolition Of The Existing Asphalt Surface And Sidewalks, The Installation Of Cable Covers (E.G. Pipes Or Technical Trays), And Then Backfilling The Excavations With Layers In Accordance With The Technical Requirements And The Restoration Of Damaged Surfaces In Accordance With Their Original Condition, - Preparation Of Excavations For Planting Along With The Necessary Compaction Of The Subsoil For The Prefabricated Connector Base, - Assembly And Commissioning Of The Generating Set,  Installation Of An Automatic Reserve Switching System (Szr), Ensuring Automatic Switching Of The Power Source To The Generator In The Event Of A Voltage Failure In The Primary Network,  Installation Of A Measurement System Enabling Ongoing Supervision Of Energy Consumption,  Implementation Of A Reactive Power Compensation System, Equipped With An Active Filter Ensuring Improvement Of Energy Quality,  Implementation Of The Electrical Installation Of A Fire Protection Switch (Pwp),  Technological Start-Up Of The Generating Set And Carrying Out Tests Functional Tests, - Carrying Out Functional Tests Of The Fire Protection Operation Of The Power Switch, Confirming The Effectiveness And Reliability Of Its Operation In Fire Hazard Situations, - Carrying Out A Set Of Measurements And Tests Confirming The Correctness Of The Installation, - Carrying Out Finishing Works Restoring The Usable And Aesthetic Condition Of The Rooms And The External Area After The Completion Of The Installation Works. The Contractors Responsibilities Include: - Taking Over The Work Area From The Ordering Party; - Securing And Fencing The Work Area; - Locating And Preparing The Construction Site Facilities According To Your Needs And At Your Own Expense; - Providing A Health And Safety Plan In Accordance With Art. 21A Of The Construction Law Act; - Ensuring Property Supervision At Ones Own Expense; - Ensuring The Consumption Of Electricity And Water At Ones Own Expense; - Bearing Full Responsibility For The Application And Safety Of All Activities Carried Out On And Outside The Work Site And Related To The Execution Of The Subject Of Construction, Also In The Case Of Third Parties; - Tidying Up The Construction Site After The Completion Of The Works, The Construction Facilities And Adjacent Areas Occupied Or Used By The Contractor, Including Renovation At The Contractors Own Expense Of Those Destroyed Or Damaged As A Result Of The Works.
