The Implementation Of The Order Is Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund Under The Regional Program European Funds For Łódź 2021-2027, Based On The Project Co-Financing Agreement Number Feld.02.23-Iz.00-0002/25-00, Project Name: Thermal Modernization Of Buildings In The Wola Krzysztoporska Commune.1.3. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: - Annex No. 5 To The Swz Employers Guidelines - Annex No. 8 To The Swz Design Documentation, Including Energy Audit And Expert Opinions - Annex No. 9 To The Swz Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Annex No. 10 To The Swz Bills Of Quantities (Attached As An Aid) 1.4. The Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Order Documentation, Including Swz And Annexes, As Well As The Recommendations Of The Employer And The Investors And Authors Supervision Inspector. The Contractor Is Responsible For Quality And Compliance With The Technical And Quality Conditions Described For The Subject Of The Order.1.5. Due To The Fact That The Settlement Of The Order Will Be A Lump Sum, The Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Are Of Auxiliary Nature. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carefully Check The Number Of Works Against The Design Documentation. Any Lack Of Necessary Works Resulting From The Design Documentation In The Bill Of Quantities Does Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Perform Them Based On The Design At The Contract Price.1.6. The Contractor Has The Right To Correct The Quantities Of Works In The Bill Of Quantities And The Billing Element Table Template According To His Own Calculations Based On The Order Documents. The Contractor Is Obliged To Make A Valuation Based On Technical Knowledge, Design Documentation, And His Own Assessment, Taking Into Account All Necessary Construction Works To Complete The Investment In Question.1.7. The Remuneration Is A Lump Sum And Its Scope Also Includes Elements Not Included In The Order Documentation, But Necessary For The Proper Performance Of Construction Works.1.8. As Part Of The Lump Sum Price, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Necessary Auxiliary Activities, Including: A) Obtain On Behalf Of The Ordering Party All Necessary Permits, Arrangements, Documents, Etc., Which Are Obligatory To Have Under The Law And Which Are Necessary To Perform The Order, B) Mark The Works, Including: Before Starting The Works, Place An Information Board In A Visible Place On The Investment Site In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law, C) Store And Remove Waste Generated During The Implementation Of The Works.1.9.
