1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Reconstruction Of Ul. Ogrodowa In Gierałtowice On The Section From Ul. Wojciecha Korfantego (Dw 921) To Ul. Alfons Zgrzeniok, Including: A. Reconstruction Of The Road With An Asphalt Concrete Surface Along With Exits (Length 984 M, Width 5.5 M); B. Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System (Pvc Diameter 400 Mm) With A Total Length Of 964 Meters Along With Connections (Diameter 200 Mm); C. Construction Of A Sidewalk Made Of Concrete Cubes Along The Entire Section Of The Road Being Rebuilt, D. Reconstruction Of The Existing Culvert Diameter 1000 Mm, E. Construction Of 1 Raised Intersection Shield From Concrete Cubes, F. Construction Of Vertical And Vertical Markings, G. Securing The Existing Telecommunications Network And Carrying Out All Necessary Accompanying Works. 2. A Detailed Description And Method Of Implementing The Order Is Included In The Attached Design Documentation (Execution Designs, Construction Design, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Target Traffic Organization, Bills Of Quantities) Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz And The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz. 3. The Ordering Party Did Not Divide The Order Into Parts Due To The Scope Of The Order Affecting The Organization Of The Works. The Issue Of Organizing The Construction Site, Including Construction Facilities, Traffic Organization On The Reconstructed Road, As Well As Managing And Supervising The Construction Works, Rests With One Contractor. Warranty Responsibility For The Work Performed Also Rests With One Contractor. Dividing The Order Into Parts Is Not Beneficial In This Situation. Allowing More Separate Entities To Carry Out The Subject Of The Contract Would Make The Task More Difficult For Organizational And Technical Reasons. Moreover, Taking Into Account The Funding Obtained, Dividing The Task Would Increase The Risk Associated With The Implementation Of The Entire Project. Moreover, The Order Can Be Implemented For Micro, Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises, So The Lack Of Division Of The Task Into Parts Does Not In Any Way Lead To Restriction Of Competition In The Procedure.4.
