1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of The Roof Of The Historic Granary Building In Skarszew (Located On The Plot With The Id: 300711_2.0016.109/12), In Accordance With The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 7 And The Offer Cost Estimate Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.2. The Implementation Of The Order In Question Includes, Among Others: 1) Dismantling Of Existing Roofing Layers Along With Gutters And Downpipes, 2) Demolition Of Roof Truss Elements And The Roof Slope Along With Sorting And Cleaning Of The Material, 3) Supplementing Fire Walls And Knee Walls To The Extent Necessary To Construct The Structure, 4) Manufacturing And Installation Of New Structural Elements Made Of Impregnated Structural Wood, 5) Formwork Of Roof Slopes With Sawn Timber Saturated,6) Roofing With Felt Paper, On A Wooden Substrate, In Two Layers, Renovation Of The Ceiling Above The Second Floor: A) Demolition Of The Wooden Floor And Elements Of The Ceiling Structure, B) Reconstruction Of The Wooden Structure (Installation Of Ceiling Beams, Cleaning Of Elements From Molded And Damaged Layers, Installation Of The Floor On Joists, Filling In Missing Structural Elements)7) Assembly And Disassembly Of Scaffolding Necessary To Perform The Works,8) Wood Impregnation,9) Securing The Construction Site,10) Removal And Disposal Of Rubble And Construction Waste,11) Tidying Up The Area After Construction.3. It Is Recommended That Contractors Inspect The Building That Is The Subject Of This Order And Its Surroundings In Order To Evaluate The Documents And Information Provided By The Ordering Party As Part Of This Procedure And To Obtain Any Information That May Be Necessary In Preparing The Offer. 4. The Ordering Partys Requirements Regarding The Employment Of Persons Under An Employment Contract By The Contractor Or Subcontractor. 1) The Ordering Party, Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order, The Performance Of Which Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended). This Requirement Applies To Persons Who Perform Activities Directly Related To The Performance Of The Works, I.E. The So-Called Manual Workers.2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In Each Subcontracting Agreement Appropriate Provisions Obliging Subcontractors To Employ Under An Employment Contract All Persons Performing The Above-Mentioned Activities.3) Within 14 Days From The Conclusion Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party A Declaration That The Persons Performing The Activities Specified In Point 1 Are Employed On The Basis Of An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal
