The Subject Of This Order Is A Comprehensive Supply (Sale And Distribution) Of High-Methane Natural Gas Type E For The Needs Of Uzdrowisko Rymanów S.A. In Rymanów-Zdrój In The Period June 26, 2026 At 06.00 To 01/01/2027 05.59. The Estimated Planned Amount Of Gas To Be Purchased Is 2,941,388.00 Kwh. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Swz Together With The Annexes. The Appendix Contains Data On Collection Points Of Current Tariff Groups, Contracted Power And Forecast Consumption Over A Period Of 6 Months - A List Of Gas Equipment. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Ensure The Quality Parameters Of Gas Fuel, Quality Standards Of The Ordering Partys Service And The Method Of Handling Complaints In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of Energy Law, In Particular Chapter 8 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of July 2, 2010 On The Detailed Conditions For The Operation Of The Gas System (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2018, Item 1158, As Amended). Indicated In Annex No. 1 To Swz Data Constitute A Forecast Of Gas Consumption And Are Used Only To Compare Submitted Offers, But In No Case Do They Constitute An Obligation On The Part Of The Ordering Party To Purchase Gas In The Quantities Indicated In The Attachment. During The Term Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Supply Gaseous Fuel In An Amount Corresponding To The Actual Demand Of The Ordering Party, Regardless Of The Estimated Consumption Forecast. Gas Fuel Will Be Supplied On The Basis Of A Contract Containing The Provisions Of The Sales Contract And The Contract For The Provision Of Gas Distribution Services, In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular In Accordance With The Act Of April 10, 1997. Energy Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1385, As Amended) The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out All Activities And Arrangements With The Distribution System Operator (Dso) Necessary To Carry Out The Procedure For Changing The Supplier, And The Ordering Party Informs That It Is Currently Carrying Out A Comprehensive Supply Of Gas Fuel On The Basis Of A Contract Concluded For A Fixed Period, I.E. Until June 26, 2026 At 05:59. The Ordering Partys Facilities Are Managed By The Tarnów Gas Plant Branch Of Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. Z O.O. The Contractor Is Obliged To Keep The Ordering Party Informed About The Contractual Capacity Performed. If It Is Not Possible To Include This Information On The Invoice, It May Be Presented As An Attachment To The Invoice. The Ordering Party Informs That It Is Partially Exempt From Excise Duty Pursuant To Art. 31B Section 2 Of The Act Of December 6, 2008 On Excise Duty (Journal Of Laws 2022, Item 143) - Attached Is Annex No. 1.2A And 1.2B To Opz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Keep The Ordering Party Informed About The Contractual Capacity Performed.
