Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System In The Town Of Wólka Panieńska (Plot No. 145/14, Plot No. 144/2)

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage Network In The Strip Of National Road No. 17, In The Strip Of Municipal Roads No. 145/14 And 144/2 And On Private Plots In The Town Of Wólka Panieńska. The Designed Sewage Network Should Be Made Of Pipes With The Following Parameters: - Gravity Sanitary Sewer - Pvc Pipes 200 Mm X 5.9 Mm - 452 M, - Gravity Sanitary Sewer - Pvc Pipes 160 Mm X 4.7 Mm - 85.5 M, - Inspection Wells Made Of Concrete Rings With A Diameter Of 1200 Mm - 6 Pcs, - Plastic Wells With A Diameter Of 600 Mm - 14 Pcs, - The Detailed Type Of Construction Works And The Scope Of Work Necessary For The Complete Implementation Of The Network Are Specified In The Design Documentation Attached To The Procedure, Which Includes: - Architectural And Construction Design - Land Development Design - Design Technical, - Detailed Design, - Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior), - Bills Of Quantities Attached As Auxiliary. Note: In The Design Documentation Regarding The Construction Of The Sanitary Sewage Network On The Municipal Road With Geodetic Number 144/2, Minor Changes Were Introduced By The Designer. A Pressure Channel, A Sewage Pumping Station With Power Supply And An Expansion Well Have Been Plotted. A Gravity Canal With Manholes Should Be Built In Accordance With The Technical And Executive Design For The Network In Question. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As Amended) Along With Implementing Regulations, Standards, Instructions From Manufacturers Of The Equipment And Materials Used, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice. Subject Matter Of The Contract Will Be Made Of Materials Provided By The Contractor. The Materials Provided And Used By The Contractor Should Meet The Quality Requirements For Products Approved For Trading And Use In Construction, Specified In Art. 10 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws 2025, Item 418, As Amended). The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Must Also Be Consistent With All Legal Acts Applicable To The Subject Of The Order, With Technical And Construction Regulations, Applicable Standards And Guidelines. The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account All Conditions Of The Existing Infrastructure During The Execution Of The Order. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law If The Design Documentation Or Stwiorb, I.E. The Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract, Includes A Reference To The Standards, Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law And Such References Were Not Accompanied By The Expression Or Equivalent, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those
