The Subject Of The Order Is Co-Financed By The Wielkopolska Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Poznań. Taking Into Account The Above, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Verify The Progress Of Works On The Construction Site Not Only By The Ordering Partys Employees And Properly Authorized Investor Supervision Inspectors, But Also By Third Parties (Authorized Under The Contract On Co-Financing Of The Order).2. The Material Scope Covered By These Proceedings Includes Construction Works Related To The Construction Of A Brine Graduation Tower, I.E., Among Others: 1) Earthworks; 2) Foundation Works; 3) Works Related To The Construction Of A Graduation Tower With Dimensions Of 200 X 650 Cm With A Frame Structure Made Of C24 Larch Structural Wood Filled With Sloes; 4) Delivery And Installation Of A Brine Tank With A Capacity Of 7.5 M3; 5) Construction Of A Mineral Surface Of The Type Hansa Grande With Borders;6) Planting; 7) Construction Of A Mineral Surface With Wood Chips Around The Plantings;8) Delivery And Installation Of Small Architectural Elements (Benches, Waste Bins, Regulation Board);9) Delivery And Installation Of An Information Board Regarding The Project (The Content Of The Information Is An Attachment To The Swz);10) Construction Of A Water Supply Connection;11) Construction Of An Electricity Connection;12) Other Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order, Among Others Reconstruction Works After Works Related To Connection To The Network. Attention!!! A) The Contractor Will Provide The Necessary Utilities (Including Electricity And Water) On His Own And At His Own Expense To Operate The Construction Site For The Duration Of The Works. B) During The Execution Of The Construction Works, The Existing Trees/Shrubs Should Be Secured In Accordance With The Art Of Gardening And The Guidelines Contained In The Design Documentation, So That They Are Not Damaged Or Destroyed During The Works. When Carrying Out Earthworks Near Trees, You Should Pay Special Attention To The Root System So As Not To Damage It, Secure It Appropriately And Replace The Work Manually With A Mechanical Method. It Is Also Not Allowed To Store Construction Materials Under Tree Crowns Or On Their Roots. C) The Ordering Party Allows ± 10% Deviation In The Sizes Of Small Architecture Elements, Referred To In Point 4.2.8) Swz. D) Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Playground, Including A Playground For Children With Disabilities.
