The Order Includes: The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation And Modernization Of The Interior Of The Building Of The Municipal Cultural Center (Gdk) In Lipnica Murowana, Including Improving The Functionality, Technical Standard And Accessibility Of The Facility. The Building Consists Of Two Floors And Is Divided Into A Service Area And A Multifunctional Room. The Scope Of Work Includes, Among Others: Reconstruction Of The Entrance Area By Reducing The Vestibule And Enlarging The Kitchen, As Well As Separating Public Toilets. In The Multi-Functional Room, It Is Planned To Construct New Storage And Technical Rooms Separated By A System Of Movable Panels, Partial Lowering Of The Floor, Replacement Of Parquet Floors, And Comprehensive Modernization Of The Finishing, Acoustics, Sound System And Lighting. The Task Also Includes Comprehensive Modernization Of The Electrical, Water, Sewage And Central Heating Installations. Functional Changes Are Planned On The First Floor, Including The Adaptation Of Rooms, Changing The Location Of The Staff Toilet And The Use Of Movable Panels Enabling Flexible Shaping Of The Office Space, Partial Replacement Of The Floor In The Office Part And Renovation Of The Parquet Floor On The First Floor Of The Building. The Investment Also Includes The Replacement Of Balustrades And Adaptation Of The Facility To The Needs Of People With Disabilities, Including The Construction Of Toilets, Signs In Braille And The Installation Of An Induction Loop. The Task Is Co-Financed Under The European Funds For Małopolska 2021-2027 Program, Priority 7 European Funds For Local Communities, Measure 7.6 Clld - Support For Grassroots Initiatives In Rural Areas. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Documents: Technical Documentation, Interior Design Design, Details Of The Sound System, Details Of The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications, Draft Provisions Of The Contract And Bill Of Quantities. All The Above Documents Should Be Considered Together As Complementary To Each Other And Constituting A Coherent Whole. The Bill Of Quantities Is One Of The Elements Used To Determine The Offer Price, But It Is Not The Only Or Primary Basis For The Valuation. In Case Of Discrepancies Between The Documents, Their Joint Interpretation Should Be Taken Into Account, Taking Into Account The Primary Role Of The Design Documentation, In Particular The Technical Design.
