The Building Undergoing Thermal Modernization Is Currently Uninhabited And Administered By The Housing Management Company In Twardogóra. The Area Around It Is Not The Property Of The Ordering Party. Due To The Above, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Include In The Work Schedule The Need To Obtain Arrangements Related To, Among Others: With The Entrance To The Road. For This Reason, The Contractor Will Develop A Detailed Schedule Of Construction Works, Which Will Be Subject To Approval By The Ordering Party. The Tasks And Activities Of The Contractor Will Include The Performance Of Works Specified In The Design Documentation, Bills Of Quantities (Lump Sum Price Tables), Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And The Contract.
