1) The Investment Is Carried Out With The Financial Participation Of Eu Funds: Erdf Under The European Funds For Pomerania 2021-2027 Program. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of The First Equipment For The Art Center In Donimierz, Commune. Szemud, Including Full Equipment For A Ceramics/Stained Glass Studio, A Concert And Lecture Hall Connected To An Art Gallery, A Culinary Studio, An Exhibition Hall, A Utility Building And Equipment For The Organization Of Outdoor Events. The Full Scope Of The Investment Is Indicated In The Opz.2) In Addition, The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract - Design.3) All Elements Of Everyday Recreation Equipment And Other Items Covered By The Order Are Unused, Unused, Unmodified, Technically Efficient, Originally Packed By The Manufacturer, Not Withdrawn From Production, Free From Legal And Physical Defects, Complete. 4) The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Subject Of The Order At His Own Expense And Risk To The Art Center In Donimierz, Commune. Szemud. - Until The Subject Of The Order Is Handed Over To The Ordering Party, The Responsibility For Loss Or Damage To The Subject Of The Order Lies With The Contractor. 5) The Supplied Equipment, Including Equipment, Must Be Brand New And Have All The Required Certificates And Approvals. The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Order The Designs/Visualizations Of The Kitchen, Workshop And Shelves Attached To The Procedure. All Details Such As Patterns, Colors And Exact Dimensions Are To Be Agreed With The Ordering Party At The Stage Of Task Implementation. 6) Equivalent Solutions: A) If Trademarks, Patents Or Terms Indicating The Manufacturer Or Origin Are Used In The Procurement Documents, The Ordering Party Informs That They Constitute An Example And Specify Only The Minimum, Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard. If The Above-Mentioned Items Are Used In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Indications Should Be Treated As A Proposal. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Devices And Elements To Those Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, While Maintaining The Same Or Better Technical, Technological And Quality Parameters. Moreover, Replacement Devices Accepted For Valuation Should Fulfill The Function Consistent With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Meet Parameters No Worse Than Those Indicated In Annex 7 To The Swz.B) Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Describes The Subject Of The Contract By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Act Indicates That It Allows Equivalent Solutions In The Described Subject Of The Contract.
