1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Task Entitled: Planting And Care Of Flower Beds In The Wolsztyn Commune In 2026. 2. The Scope Of The Task In Question Includes The Planting Of Annual Plants And The Care Of Flower Beds In The Wolsztyn Commune, Which Should Include, Among Others: Such Activities As: A) Preparing Flowerbeds For Spring And Summer Plantings, In Accordance With The Art Of Gardening, Along With Supplementing With Fertile Soil To The Required Level Agreed On An Ongoing Basis With The Ordering Party, Each Time Flower Planting; Including: • Containers With Plant Compositions Should Use A Universal Gardening Substrate With A Ph Of 5.5 - 6.8, Good Structure, Water Capacity And Good Aeration; • The Ground Must Be Free Of Weeds, Roots And Other Mechanical And Chemical Contamination; B) Planting Of Flowerbeds, Pots And Boxes - Spring Plantings (May 2026) And Summer Plantings (June 2026) Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Art Of Gardening, Including: • Plant Material That Meets The Requirements Of Nursery Standards, Healthy And Properly Grown, Is Ensured By The Contractor, • The Planting Date Will Be Determined By The Ordering Party, • The Arrangement Of The Composition Of The Mentioned Plant Cover Should Be Agreed With The Ordering Party. C) Care Of Plantings In Flower Beds, Pots And Boxes, Including: • Weeding, Pruning, Removal Of Faded Inflorescences On An Ongoing Basis Throughout The Growing Season, • Ongoing Watering (Including Water Costs), • Protection Against Diseases And Pests As Needed On An Ongoing Basis During The Growing Season, • Fertilizing Plants, Fertilizers Rich In Phosphorus And Potassium, Which Should Be Administered From May To October, • Replenishing Losses, Replacing Damaged, Devastated, Diseased And Unsightly-Looking Plants, The Contractor Is Obliged To Replenish The Flower Beds On An Ongoing Basis And At His Own Expense, • Before The Winter Period, The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove The Boxes And Pots From The Lampposts, Remove The Plants, Wash The Boxes And Pots And Deliver Them To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party; D) Maintain Order On Flower Beds And Around The Flower Beds, Including Removing Weeds In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Flower Beds. In Order To Provide A More Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Two Tasks Were Separated, Describing The Location And Scope Of Each Task Below. Task No. 1 - Planting Flower Beds Located On The Market Square In Wolsztyn Twice With Seasonal Plants, Along With Their Care. Task No. 2 - Planting Flower Beds In The City Of Wolsztyn With Seasonal Plants And Their Care.
