The Order Includes The Preparation Of Design Documentation (Divided Into Stages Of Works) To The Extent Necessary To Obtain A Decision On The Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment Together With The Preparation Of An Application For A Zrid Decision, As Well As Necessary For The Comprehensive Performance Of Construction Works For The Following Scope: A. Construction Of The Street Jesionowa - Adapting It To A Two-Way Class L Road, Along With Hardening The Roadsides And Rebuilding The Exits, Including The Demolition Of The Building On The Property Located On Plot No. 127/1 Rev. 0094 (Removal Of The Road Narrowing At The Height Of The Plot In Question), In Accordance With The Concept Of Road Solutions Agreed With The Ordering Party, B. Construction Of A Storm Sewage System With Stormwater Drainage To The Existing Storm Sewage System In Ul. Krzyska, However, The Sewage System Project Must Also Include Sewer Lines And Full Infrastructure, I.E. Wells, Inlets, Outlets, Purification Devices, C. Construction And Reconstruction Of Street Lighting, D. Construction Of A Technological Channel, In Accordance With The Issued Conditions, E. Reconstruction, Protection And Relocation Of Existing Underground And Above-Ground Utilities, Resulting From The Technical Conditions Obtained From Their Users, F. Development Of A Permanent Traffic Organization Project And Its Evaluation, G. Construction Of A Retaining Structure Within The Property No. 86/6 And 86/9, District 0078, H. Restoration Of Surfaces And Green Areas After Construction Works, I. Protection, Relocation, Reconstruction Of Underground And Above-Ground Technical Infrastructure Devices (Including Power Lines And Cables, Telecommunications Lines And Cables, Waterworks, Sanitary Sewage Systems, Gas Pipelines, Heating Networks, Telecommunications Networks), Resulting From The Technical Conditions Obtained From Their Users And To The Extent Necessary To Remove Conflicts, Adapting Design Solutions To The Needs Of People With Special Needs.
