The Subject Of The Order Is To Maintain Cleanliness In The Building Of The Praga-Północ District Office And The External Area Around The Building At Ul. Fr. I. Kłopotowskiego 15 In Warsaw In The Period From June 17, 2026 To July 31, 2027. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: Comprehensive Cleaning Of Office Rooms, Meeting Rooms, Passageways, Sanitary Facilities And Social Rooms, Ongoing Daily Service During The Offices Working Hours, Periodic And Ad Hoc Cleaning Activities, Including, Among Others: Machine Cleaning Of Floors, Washing Carpets And Washing Windows, Maintaining The Cleanliness Of External Areas, Including Sidewalks, Parking Lots, Stairs And Driveways, Winter Maintenance Of External Areas, Including Snow Removal And Ice Removal. The Service Will Be Performed Using Equipment, Cleaning Products And Hygiene Products Provided By The Contractor, In Compliance With Applicable Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations.
