Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of A Base Vehicle For A Light Medical Car For The Volunteer Fire Department, Specialized Rescue Unit

2.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New Special Bus Type Vehicle (Working Version: Slmed) With A Gvw Of Up To 3.5 T, Intended For The Transport Of Rescuers (6 - 9 People) And The Transport And Organization Of Rescue And Medical Equipment With A Min. Dimensions L4h3.2.2 The Vehicle Is Not An Ambulance And Is Not Intended To Transport Patients - The Structure Is Of A Rescue And Logistic Nature (Transport Of Rescuers And Equipment).2.3. The Ordering Party Requires A Brand New Vehicle, Manufactured No Earlier Than 2025, Model Currently Manufactured By The Manufacturer. Delivery Of A Used, Exhibition Or Test Vehicle Is Not Allowed.2.4. Detailed Characteristics Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 2.2.5. Detailed Implementation Conditions Are Set Out In Annex No. 5 To The Swz Draft Contract.2.6. Delivery (Collection) Of The Vehicle At The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party (Głogów) Or In Another Place Agreed With The Ordering Party.2.7. At The Time Of Delivery, The Vehicle Must Be Equipped With All-Season Tires.2.8 Together With The Vehicle, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With All Sets Of Keys/Electronic Cards Provided By The Manufacturer, The Owners Manual, Approval Certificate/Coc, Manufacturers Warranty Document And Vehicle Card (If Applicable).2.9. At The Time Of Delivery To The Ordering Party, The Vehicle Will Be Capable Of Driving A Minimum Of 50 Km.2.10. The Purchased Vehicle Will Not Have Any Prints Or Advertising Information (Except For Mandatory Or Agreed Elements).2.11. The Vehicle And Equipment Must Comply With The Road Traffic Act And Its Implementing Acts, As Well As With Other Provisions Of Applicable National Law Of The Republic Of Poland And Eu Law.2.12. After Collecting The Vehicle, If Necessary, The Contractor Is Obliged To Cooperate With The Ordering Party During The Registration Process. In Particular, He Is Obliged To Complete All Documents Required By State Institutions. The Car And Documents Should Be Prepared For Registration As A Special Vehicle.2.13. Obligations Of The Contractor And The Ordering Partys Requirements Regarding The Performance Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Contractor Is Obliged, Before Proceeding With The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order, To Establish With The Ordering Partys Representative The Exact Date And Time Of Delivery. 2) The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Delivery And Protocol Acceptance Of The Order Should Take Place On Business Days After Prior Arrangement Of The Delivery Date, 3) The Activities Referred To In Point 2 Will Be Performed In Coordination With The Ordering Party, With The Participation Of A Person Designated By Ordering Party. 4) The Contractor Is Obliged To Notify The Ordering Party About The Delivery Date Of The Equipment At Least 3 Business Days Before The Delivery Date. 5) Any Defects Found During The Performance Of The Activities Listed In Point 2 Are Obliged To Be Repaired By The Contractor As Part Of The Remunerat
