The Subject Of The Order Are Transport Services In The Field Of Transport Of Elderly, Disabled And Dependent People - Residents Of The Gąsawa Commune To The Senior+ Day Home In Chomiąża Szlachecka 9D, 88-410 Gąsawa, Along With The Provision Of Assistance In Getting On And Off The Means Of Transport And In Reaching The Destination. These Services Will Be Provided As Part Of The Project Development Of The Kuyavian-Pomeranian Network Of Day Care Homes No. Fekp.08.24-Iz.00-0054/24 Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The European Funds For Kujawy And Pomerania 2021-2027 Program. Transport And Pick-Up Will Take Place From The Place Of Residence (In The Gąsawa Commune) To The Senior Day Home+. The Vehicle/Vehicles Must Provide Seating For 30 Persons, Including One Participant In A Wheelchair, And Each Vehicle Must Also Provide A Seat For The Caregiver. The Following Number Of Working Days Is Estimated: - From May 18, 2026 To December 31, 2026 - 160 Days; - From January 1, 2027 To December 31 2027 - 251 Days; - From January 1, 2028 To October 31, 2028 - 210 Days.
