Tenders Are Invited For Providing Successive Restaurant And Catering Services For The Faculty Of Civil And Environmental Engineering Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology.
1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Restaurant And Catering Services For The Needs Of The Faculty Of Civil And Environmental Engineering Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology, Which Will Be Held Successively As Part Of Organized Postgraduate Studies, Meetings At The University Related To: Guest Visits, Organized Conferences, Seminars, Doctoral Theses Defenses And Occasional Refreshments During The Term Of The Contract.2. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Provide Services For The Needs Of Projects Financed By The European Union And International Projects Implemented At The Faculty Of Civil And Environmental Engineering And Other Projects That May Appear During The Term Of The Contract.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Matter In Individual Parts Of The Order, Its Scope And Implementation Conditions Are Specified In Annex No. 5 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order.4. The Material And Quantitative Scope Was Included In The Material And Price Form, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Quantities Given Therein Are Not Binding And Constitute Only An Estimated Quantity In The Expected Period Of Completion Of The Subject Of The Order. Actual Quantities Will Result Solely From The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party.5. Due To The Need To Coordinate Restaurant Services Provided For The Purposes Of Meetings During Postgraduate Studies And Adapt Them To Specific Time Frames (In Order To Provide Meals During Breaks For Participants), The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Have A Restaurant Located Close To The Campus Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology, Where Restaurant Services Will Be Provided, Meeting The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 5 To Swz.6. The Subject Of The Order Consists Of A Basic Order And An Option Order.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In This Swz And On The Basis Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.8. The Place Of Provision Of Catering Services Will Be: The Premises Of The Faculty Of Civil And Environmental Engineering Or Another Place Indicated By The Ordering Party Located On The Campus Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology. The Place Of Restaurant Services Will Be The Premises Offered By The Contractor, Meeting The Requirements Of The Swz.
