1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Deliveries Of Dairy Products To The Vocational Activities Plant In Czarne. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 3 To This Swz And Includes, Among Others, The Following Articles: Milk, Cream, Cottage Cheese, Cheese, Yogurts, Dairy Desserts, Etc. 2. The Food Products Included In The Delivery Should Meet The Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements And The Principles Of The Haccp System In Mass Catering Establishments, I.E., Among Others: - Quality Standards Or Certificates, - Labeling, Including The Date Of Minimum Durability And Expiry Date Consumption, - Appropriate Method Of Transporting Goods - Maintaining Separate Transport, - The Delivered Assortment Must Be Free From Physical And Biochemical Damage That Reduces Its Utility Value, - Appropriate Temperature During Transport And Sanitary Conditions Of The Vehicle.3. All Products Offered By The Contractor Must Be Brand New, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Third Party Claims, Must Not Bear Signs Of Use And Must Be Of Full Value, I.E. Without Deformation, Mechanically Undamaged And Complete.4. The Delivered Products Must Be Packed In Original Packaging With The Name Of The Manufacturer/Importer/Distributor And Indicate The Expiry Date.5. The Contractor Will Receive Remuneration For The Quantity Of The Subject Of The Contract Actually Ordered And Delivered. The Obligatory Scope Of The Order, I.E. The Minimum (Guaranteed) Quantities, Is 60% Of The Gross Contract Value.6. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order Using Specialized Transport Adapted To Transport Food, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.
