1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of C50/30 Road Mix (50% Crushed Stone). Deliveries Will Be Made Successively According To: The Needs Of The Ordering Party, After Notifying The Contractor By Telephone. In The Price Of 1 Ton Of The Mixture, The Cost Of Transport Should Be Calculated. The Ordered Material Should Be Delivered To Municipal Roads Or To A Place Indicated By The Ordering Party Within The Commune. The Detailed Scope Of Deliveries Includes: Road Mix C50/30 (50% Crushed Stone) In A Maximum Quantity Of 5,200 Tons And A Minimum Quantity Of 4,700 Tons (The Quantity Ordered By The Ordering Party).
