1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Foresters Uniforms And Occupational Health And Safety Clothing For Employees Of The Lubartów Forest District.2. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) And The Description Of The Requirements And Conditions For The Implementation Of The Order Are Specified In: - Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 1 To The Swz, - Designed Provisions Of The Contract (Contract Template) - Annex No. 2 To The Swz.3. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented Successively Depending On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. Due To The Variability Of The Employment Level Of Employees Authorized To Collect Sorts Of Foresters Uniforms And Occupational Health And Safety Clothing, As Well As The Variability Of Individual Demand For Individual Grades By Authorized Persons, The Number Of Individual Grades And Occupational Health And Safety Clothing Indicated In Annex No. 1 (Opz) Of The Swz Is An Estimate. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Make Changes In The Type And Quantity Of Individual Sorts And Occupational Health And Safety Clothing, Using Payment For Their Delivery At The Offered Unit Prices Corresponding To Individual Elements (Sorts), And The Contractor Waives Any Claim For The Execution Of The Order And Payment Of Remuneration For The Unfinished Part Of The Subject Of The Order. Quantitative Changes To Individual Elements Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Made Within The Net Value Of The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Execution Of The Contract At A Minimum Level Of 50% Of The Net Value Of The Subject Of The Order, Determined In Accordance With § 5 Section 1 (Contractual Remuneration) Of The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
