The Implementation Of The Order Will Consist In Ad Hoc, Cashless Refueling Of Fuel Into The Tanks Of Vehicles Owned By The District Road Administration In Będzin, Z/S Rogoźnik. The Ordering Partys Equipment Currently Includes: A) 3 Vehicles Powered By Pb 95 Unleaded Gasoline, B) 7 Vehicles Powered By Diesel Oil, C) Devices And Small Equipment (Recycler, Generator, Lawn Mowers, Chainsaws, Cutting Saws). Asphalt And Saws For Cutting Wood, Compactor, Asphalt Thermos) Powered By Diesel Oil. Forecasted Amount Of Purchased Fuels: A) Pb 95 Ethanol Up To 6,000 Liters, B) Diesel Oil Up To 60,000 Liters. The Contractor Guarantees The Supply Of Fuels With The Quality Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024 On The Requirements Quality Standards For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1018). Due To The Agricultural Tractors Owned By The Ordering Party, The Contractor Should Have At Least One Gas Station Located At A Distance Of No More Than 5 Km From The Ordering Partys Headquarters. If The Gas Station Is Located At A Distance Of More Than 5 Km From The Ordering Partys Headquarters, Calculated Along The Shortest Public Road, The Contractor Will Cover The Travel Costs.
