1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of The Task Entitled: Equipping The Nursery In Tuchów With Stainless Steel Furniture, Catering Equipment And Household Appliances - Delivery And Assembly. 1.2. The Purpose Of This Order Is To Equip The Rooms Of The Newly Built Nursery In Tuchów With Stainless Steel Furniture And Household Appliances. 1.3. The Subject Of The Contract, Including The Minimum Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Contract, Is Described In Detail In Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Remaining Conditions For The Execution Of The Contract Are Specified In The Draft Provision Of The Public Procurement Contract, The Template Is Attached As Annex No. 3 To Swz.1.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Quality Guarantee For All Delivered Devices For A Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol For The Subject Of The Agreement.
