1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of A Low-Temperature Freezer Meeting The Requirements Set Out In Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Hereinafter Referred To As The Device Or Equipment.2) The Offered Device Must Be Brand New, Unused, Come From Current Production (Year Of Production Not Older Than 2025), Have Appropriate Certificates Allowing It To Be Sold And Used In The Republic Of Poland.3) The Scope Of The Order Includes: Purchase Of The Device Along With Delivery, Transport, Unloading, Carrying Into The Ordering Partys Premises, Installation And Commissioning Of The Device, As Well As Training In The Operation And Operation Of The Device For Min. 7 Employees. The Training Should Take Place On The Day Of Installation, At The Place Where The Device Is Installed. 4) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 2 To The Swz; 5) Order Completion Date: Up To 4 Weeks From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. The Contractor May Shorten The Delivery Date In Relation To The Required Deadline Indicated Above. The Offer Providing For A Shortened Implementation Period Will Receive Points In The Evaluation Of Offers Using The Criterion Of Selecting The Most Advantageous Offer.6) Delivery Address: University Of Silesia, Faculty Of Natural Sciences, Ul.
