Tenders Are Invited For Robotization Of Business Processes Using Rpa Tools

1 The Subject Of The Order Is: 1.1 Granting Temporary Licenses For Process Automation Software In Accordance With The Specification Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz), Together With The Service Of Its Installation And Configuration As Well As A Subscription For This Software For A Period Of 12 Months, 1.2 Providing Support To The Contractor For A Period Of 12 Months Counted From The Date Of Signing The License Acceptance Protocol In The Amount Of 50 Man-Hours, As Described In Opz, 1.3 Provision Of Services Consisting In The Production Or Modification Of Robots Automating Business Processes Of The Ordering Party In The Amount Of 150 Man-Hours During The Term Of The Contract, Described In Opz.2 As Part Of The Option Referred To In Article 441 Of The Public Procurement Law (Hereinafter Referred To As The Option), The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To: 2.1 Grant Further Ai Unit Licenses By The Contractor For The Period Until The End Of The 12-Month License Subscription Period. Described In The Opz, With The Ordering Party Assuming An Order For A Maximum Of 10 Licenses Under The Option, With The Proviso That This Order May Be Made Multiple Times, Each Time For A Minimum Of 1 License, 2.2 The Contractors Provision Of Support Within A Limit Not Exceeding 50 Man-Hours, 2.3 The Purchase Of Additional Hours For The Production And Modification Of Robots In A Number Not Exceeding 385 Man-Hours.3 The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Implement The Option In Full Or Parts. The Contractor Shall Not Be Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party For Failure To Execute All Or Part Of The Option.4 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, And The Detailed Conditions And Rules For The Implementation Of The Contract Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu), Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
