Replacement Multi Storey Public Car Park3. Community Spaces4. New Publicly Accessible Urban Realm, Featuring Range Of Hard And Soft Landscaping Features.The Construction Period Is Anticipated To Take 18 Months. The Ea Role Will Include Checking Progress And Quality Of Works On Site, Certifying Practical Completion As Appropriate, Validating And Certifying Payments, And Monitoring Compliance With Employer Requirements, Etc. The Successful Bidder Will Be Expected To Work Alongside Tendring District Council And Baily Garner, In The Successful Delivery Of This Project.
