The Selected Supplier Will Ensure Effective, Timely Patron Outreach, Helping Maintain Access To Library Services And Supporting The Continued Success Of The Pines Network.Overview Of The Erfq Processthe Objective Of The Erfq Is To Select One Qualified Supplier To Provide The Services Outlined In This Erfq To The State Entity.
