The Purpose Of The Research Project Is To Contribute To More Knowledge About The Phenomenon Of Crime As A Commodity, To Map Its Extent And Consequences, As Well As To Identify Existing Measures And Measures That Are Being Considered For Implementation, And If Possible To Provide An Assessment Of Their Effect. The Assignment Has A Financial Framework Of Nok 941,240 Excl. Vat (Nok 1,176,550 Incl. Vat) Partly Financed By The Nordic Council Of Ministers And Partly By The Ministry Of Justice And Emergency Preparedness. The Framework Must Cover All Costs Related To The Assignment. The Assignment Must Begin As Soon As Possible, No Later Than 30.04.26 As A Starting Point, The Project Must Be Completed By The End Of 2026. A Later Deadline Can Be Accepted.
