Tenders Are Invited For Scheme For Psychological Counseling Services

With Effect From 1 January 2027, The University Of Copenhagen Must Enter Into A Framework Agreement On Arrangements For Psychological Counselling. Duration Of The Framework Agreement Is 4 Years With The Possibility Of Two One-Year Extensions. The Purpose Of The Framework Agreement Is For Employees And Managers To Have The Opportunity To Receive Professional Psychological Advice In Relation To Both Work-Related And Private Issues Through A Combined Subscription Scheme. The Scheme For Psychological Counseling In A Professional Context Must Offer The Universitys Employees Counseling Of A Work-Related Nature, I.E. Handling Problems That Have Arisen Due To The Work And The Work Situation. The Scheme Must Also Include Emergency Crisis Assistance At The Workplace If There Is A Need For It.
