1. SBP Banking Services Corporation (SBP BSC), invites electronic bids from the suppliers who areregistered with PPRA for E-Procurement on e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal system(EPADS), having Income & Sales Tax registration and are on Active Taxpayers List (ATL) ofFBR.2. The SBP BSC has reserved the funds for the procurement of CCTV system planned during thefinancial year 2025-26. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the funds will be used to covereligible payment under the contract for the procurement.3. For using the EPADS, unregistered bidders may first register on website https://pa.epads.gov.pkin case of any technical difficulty in registration or using EPADS, the prospective bidders maycontact PPRAs technical team.4. The bidding shall be conducted in line with the Rule 36 (b) - Single Stage Two EnvelopeProcedure of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and any regulations, Regulatory Guides,Procurement Guidelines or Instructions issued by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority(from time to time) and is open to all potential bidders.5. The e-bidding documents as per regulations, containing detailed terms and conditions,specifications and requirements etc. are available for the registered bidders on EPADS at(https://pa.epads.gov.pk).6. All electronic Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in an acceptable form either CallDeposit/Demand Draft/Payment Order amounting to PKR 1,000,000/- (Rupees One Milliononly) in favor of SBP BSC. The prospective bidders shall upload scanned copy of Bid Securityon EPADS.Original bid security must be submitted to the procuring agency on or before the closing timeof bid submission failing to which the bid shall be rejected.7.
