Bc Wildfire Service (Bcws) Of The Ministry Of Forests (The “Ministry”) Is Seeking Proposals From Proponents That Have The Capability And Experience To Provide The Leasing Services Of A Mobile Office Trailer (The “Services”) To Support The Bcws Wildfire Operations In The Pemberton Fire Zone Of The Coastal Fire Centre, Located At 2000 Airport Road, Pemberton, Bc V0n 2L3 (The ‘’Site”). The Services Include The Delivery, Supply, Installation, Removal And Maintenance Of A Temporary, Mobile Office Trailer That Is Materially Compliant With The Specifications Described In Section 3.3.2, Below (The “Trailer”) And As Otherwise Described In This Rfp. The Trailer Is Required To Be On Site And Ready For Its Intended Use By June 1St, 2026, Or Sooner.The Ministry’S Intent Is To Enter Into A General Service Agreement With The Successful Proponent For The Provision Of The Services. The Initial Term Of The Contract Is Anticipated To Start On June 1St, 2026, And End On March 31St, 2027.
